Les chauffeurs de taxi berlinois protestent contre le sponsoring du "Bundespresseball" par "Uber". Nous y voyons une dangereuse influence sur "l'opinion publique" officielle de la part d'un groupe qui ne cesse d'encourager et de dissimuler les violations de la loi par ses partenaires commerciaux. "Uber" est le symbole d'un système imposé à grand renfort d'argent. Il repose sur le travail au noir, le dumping salarial, l'évasion fiscale et la réduction illégale des cotisations sociales.
Les entreprises partenaires d'Uber enfreignent partout les lois sur le salaire minimum et le temps de travail.
En sous-déclarant les salaires versés, les entreprises et leurs employés obtiennent frauduleusement des subventions salariales sous forme de prestations sociales dans l'intérêt du groupe Uber. Elles financent ainsi le dumping et la destruction du secteur des taxis.
Nous allons faire entendre notre protestation aux politiciens et aux hommes des médias, haut et fort et en couleur.

Les artisans et le personnel soignant sont touchés par la guerre des prix sur les plateformes de placement. Les plateformes de location de courte durée font grimper les loyers. Les portails de location font faire la queue à des centaines de personnes pour obtenir l'un des rares appartements bon marché. Nous protestons pour tous ceux qui veulent façonner eux-mêmes leur ville de Berlin, à grande ou à petite échelle, et qui ne veulent pas la laisser aux mains des groupes de plateformes.

Berlin taxi drivers are protesting against the sponsorship of the "Bundespresseball" by "Uber". We see this as a dangerous influence on official "public opinion" by a company that constantly enables and conceals violations of the law by its business partners. "Uber" stands for a system that is enforced with a lot of money. It is based on illegal labour, dumping wages, tax evasion and the reduction of social security contributions.
Uber partner companies violate minimum wage and working time laws across the board.
By underreporting wages paid, companies and their employees obtain wage subsidies in the form of social benefits in the interests of the Uber group. This is how they finance dumping prices and the destruction of the taxi industry.
We will make our protest loud and colourful to make it heard by the politicians and media people.

Protecting Berlin's taxi culture means protecting Berliners

Uberisation is a process that displaces people from permanent employment in many sectors. Craftspersons and carers are affected by the price war on recruitment platforms. Short-term rental platforms are driving up rents. Letting portals have hundreds of people queuing for one of the few reasonably priced flats.
We are protesting on behalf of all those who want to shape their city of Berlin themselves, on a large and small scale, and do not want to leave it to the platform companies.

Berliner Taxifahrerinnen und Taxifahrer protestieren gegen das Sponsoring des „Bundespresseball“ durch „Uber“. Wir sehen darin eine gefährliche Einflussnahme auf die offizielle „öffentliche Meinung“ durch einen Konzern, der unablässig Gesetzesverstöße seiner Geschäftspartner ermöglicht und kaschiert. „Uber“ steht für ein System, das mit viel Geld durchgesetzt wird. Seine Grundlage sind Schwarzarbeit, Dumpinglöhne, Steuerhinterziehung und Verkürzung von Sozialabgaben.

Uber-Partnerbetriebe verstoßen flächendeckend gegen Mindestlohn- und Arbeitszeitgesetz.

Durch zu niedrige Angaben über gezahlte Löhne ergaunern sich Betriebe und ihre Angestellten im Interesse des Uber-Konzerns Lohnsubventionen in Form von Sozialleistungen. Damit finanzieren sie Dumpingpreise und die Zerstörung des Taxigewerbes.

Wir werden den Politikern und Medienmenschen unseren Protest laut und bunt vortragen.

Qui décide des termes et des images qui caractérisent notre Berlin ? Quelle vie voulons-nous mener, quelle réalité doit être la nôtre ?

Le vendredi 22 mars 2024 à 19h, nous remettrons cela en question au 15-19 de la Mühlenstraße à Friedrichshain (code postal 10243).

Nous, l'équipe de Taxikultur et des personnes actives dans le secteur des taxis, présentons une parodie du marketing et des luttes pour le nom.

Nous dénonçons le fait que des criminels s'emparent de l'espace urbain, d'abord en toute impunité par l'exploitation et la concurrence illégale par dumping, et maintenant par la conquête explicite de l'espace public.

Personne n'aurait pu imaginer jusqu'à présent que "l'État père" laisserait et soutiendrait des criminels plonger des dizaines de milliers de personnes dans la misère en Allemagne. C'est pourtant ce qui se passe. Chaque année, l'État verse plus de cent millions d'euros à un système de travail au noir, de dumping salarial, de fraude sociale et d'évasion fiscale organisé par le groupe Uber.

L'affaire est tellement absurde que nous avons décidé de la parodier avec une courte pièce de théâtre absurde. Nous vous invitons à vous amuser, à jouer, à agir et à discuter.

Who decides which concepts and images characterise our Berlin? Which life do we want to lead, which reality should be ours?

On Friday, 22 March 2024 at 19:00, we will be questioning this at Mühlenstraße 15-19 in Friedrichshain (postcode 10243).

We, the Taxikultur team and active members of the taxi industry, are presenting a parody of marketing and name wars.

We denounce the fact that criminals are taking over urban space, first with impunity through exploitation and illegal dumping competition, and now through the explicit conquest of public space.

Until now, nobody could imagine that "Father State" would allow and support criminals in Germany to plunge tens of thousands into misery. Yet that is exactly what is happening. Every year, the state supports a system of illegal employment, wage dumping, social fraud and tax evasion organised by the Uber group with over one hundred million euros.

The whole thing is so absurd that we have decided to parody it with a short absurd theatre play. We invite you to join us for fun and games, action and dialogue.

Wer entscheidet darüber, welche Begriffe und Bilder unser Berlin prägen? Welches Leben wollen wir führen, welche Realität soll die Unsere sein?

Am Freitag, den 22.3.2024 um 19:00 stellen wir das in der Friedrichshainer Mühlenstraße 15-19 (PLZ 10243) infrage.

Wir, das Team von Taxikultur und Aktive aus dem Taxigewerbe, präsentieren eine Parodie auf Marketing und Namenskämpfe.

Wir klagen an, dass Kriminelle den Stadtraum übernehmen, zuerst ungestraft durch Ausbeutung und illegale Dumping-Konkurrenz, jetzt durch die ausdrückliche Eroberung des öffentlichen Raums.

Niemand konnte sich bisher vorstellen, dass "Vater Staat" es zulassen und unterstützen würde, wenn Verbrecher in Deutschland zehntausende ins Elend stürzen. Dabei passiert genau das. Jedes Jahr alimentiert der Staat mit über hundert Millionen Euro ein vom Uber-Konzern organisiertes System aus Schwarzarbeit, Lohndumping, Sozialbetrug und Abgabenhinterziehung.

Die Sache ist dermaßen absurd, dass wir uns entschlossen haben, sie mit einem kurzen absurden Theaterstück zu parodieren. Wir laden ein zu Spaß und Spiel, Action und Gesprächen.
